Talented saxophonist Manu Brazo joins renowned pianist Bryan Evans MBE, a professor at the Royal College of Music in London and a renowned specialist in vocal accompaniment and operatic repertoire.


Evans is also the artistic director of DIVA OPERA in the United Kingdom. This collaboration results in a unique album, inspired by the operas Evans has performed throughout his international career, and this time featuring the saxophone as the main protagonist.

FOLK-LORE

Folk-Lore is the fruit of the artistic collaboration between saxophonist Manu Brazo and pianist Pepe Fernández, a recording that unites the depth of traditional music with the elegance of classical music.


The album's title, FOLK-LORE, refers to the union of folk (people) and lore (wisdom), highlighting the relationship between cultural roots and musical expression. Throughout the album, the artist explores how styles such as flamenco and other world music can interact with classical music, resulting in an original and nuanced fusion.

Solo Dialogue is the debut EP by saxophonist Manu Brazo, conceived during lockdown in London as an intimate and deeply personal work.


This project focuses on the saxophone as a vehicle of expression, capable of communicating intense and complex emotions without accompaniment. Throughout its five pieces, selected for their melodic richness and suggested polyphony, the EP demonstrates the enormous versatility of the solo saxophone.


More than just an album, Solo Dialogue is a meditation on inner strength, creativity, and the power of music in difficult times.
